Check whether a user can be assigned to repository issues

Checks whether a user can be assigned to issues in a repository. Use owner and repo to identify the repository and assignee to identify the user; a 204 response has no body when assignment is allowed.

The account owner of the repository. The name is case-insensitive.

The repository name without the `.git` extension. The name is case-insensitive.

The username of the user whose eligibility for assignment to repository issues you want to check.

Error handling

A 404 is returned when the assignee cannot be assigned to issues in the repository identified by owner and repo. The owner and repo path parameters identify the repository, and the assignee path parameter identifies the user.
