Error handling

A 401 is returned when authentication is missing or invalid, and a 403 when the authenticated user is not an organization owner or the token lacks the copilot scope. A 404 is returned when the org path parameter does not identify an organization; a 413 indicates that the payload is too large, a 422 indicates validation failure or excessive requests, and a 500 indicates an internal error. Each rule value must be an array containing strings or conditional matching objects with ifAnyMatch or ifNoneMatch.
